Earlier this week Instagram released a new “Terms of Service” that caused much chaos between Instagram users. Due to this chaos and “User Feedback” Instagram Co-founder Kevin Systrom posted the following:
“Because of the feedback we have heard from you, we are reverting this advertising section to the original version that has been in effect since we launched the service in October 2010. You can see the updated terms here.”
Many saw this return to the previous TOS coming, as Systrom stated that “it is not our intention to sell your photos.” Seeing these changes now, may not mean that Instagram won’t make changes related to Advertising in the TOS in the near future.
