If you’ve been watching videos online over the past few months (or television more recently), you might have noticed a clever new ad from AT&T. “Innovators are the new superstars,” the voice-over intones over scenes of young entrepreneurs getting recognized in coffee shops and elevators by awestruck fans, being interviewed by reporters and taking the stage to deliver what appear to be TED-like talks:
