We all know that PERSON, who intelligently decides to reach-out after being a ghost for months, butter you up with casual conversation a few days before they ask for that favor.
You and I both know…that doesn’t work, and an eye or two might have a substantial roll when they call. So if we know that…they’ve seen it, why does that strategy still exist?
I’ve seen that the individuals who’ve helped me the most are those who I authentically cared for versus those of whom I might’ve thought “they could help me.” This is because authenticity builds a more impactful relationship and advocate when you have a mutual interest in each other.
