Bledsoe is the founder and Managing Director of Flare Partners, a strategy and advisory firm that has managed $10B in client P&L and delivered $4B in incremental revenue growth for clients including AT&T, NBC Universal, Ford Motor Company, and Steve Harvey. He serves as Chief Executive Business Officer of The Potter's House of Dallas and ONE | A Potter's House Church, joining ONE Church in 2020 and The Potter's House in 2024. He chairs the Board of Trustees at Wyman Center, a 128-year-old national youth development organization.
